Glazed Salmon and Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 salmon fillet
  • ½ oz of butter
  • 1 tsp of Sweet Samba Mango Pineapple Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of of orange juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Serve with:

  • Grilled asparagus
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper
  2. Cook in a hot pan with olive oil, for 4 minutes on each side
  3. Add in the butter, Sweet Samba Mango Pineapple Pepper Sauce, honey and orange juice
  4. Glaze the salmon on both sides and cover
  5.  Cook for 2  minutes or until  it becomes thick and sticky
  6. Serve with steamed grilled asparagus topped with sesame seeds
