Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 salmon fillet
- ½ oz of butter
- 1 tsp of Sweet Samba Mango Pineapple Pepper Sauce
- 1 tsp of honey
- 1 tsp of of orange juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Serve with:
- Grilled asparagus
- Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper
- Cook in a hot pan with olive oil, for 4 minutes on each side
- Add in the butter, Sweet Samba Mango Pineapple Pepper Sauce, honey and orange juice
- Glaze the salmon on both sides and cover
- Cook for 2 minutes or until it becomes thick and sticky
- Serve with steamed grilled asparagus topped with sesame seeds
