Ingredients:
- 1 cup of chickpeas, cooked from a can (keep 2 tbsp of the water)
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of Smilin’ Island’s East Indian Spice Seasoning
