Ingredients:
- 5 oz of Snapper Fish
- 1.5 liters/ 6 cups of vegetable stock
- 2 medium cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 sprig thyme, chopped
- 1 sprig of scallion, chopped
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- Add salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of Mama’s Own Original Hot Sauce
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a soup pot, except the fish,
- Cook on a medium heat for about 30 minutes or until the vegetables are soft
- Add in the fish and cook for another 15 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
