Ingredients:
- 7 cups of vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp of Jamaican Red Pepper Sauce
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 10 oz of cherry tomatoes/ plum tomatoes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of honey
- Dried oregano
- Dried thyme
- Dried basil
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Serve with:
- Grilled cheese sandwich - made with granary bread and cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Add all of the soup ingredients to soup pot and gently simmer for about 30 minutes
- Add into a blender and blend until smooth
- Serve with the grilled cheese sandwich
