Turkey Burger

Ingredients (for 2 patties):

  • For the patties:
  • ½ lb of ground turkey 
  • 1 egg
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • ½ oz of breadcrumbs
Serve with:
  • A burger bun
  • Emmental (Swiss) cheese or your favorite cheese
  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Reggae Ketchup

Instructions:

  1. Mix the patty ingredients together and shape 2 burgers
  2. Cook them for 3 minutes on each side
  3. For the last minute, top the patties with a slice of emmental cheese, so it melts on top
  4. Assemble your burger and top with Reggae Ketchup
