Fish Tea

Servings: 4
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz of Snapper Fish
  • 1.5 liters/ 6 cups of vegetable stock
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 sprig thyme, chopped
  • 1 sprig of scallion, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp of Mama’s Own Original Hot Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a soup pot, except the fish, 
  2. Cook on a medium heat for about 30 minutes or until the vegetables are soft
  3. Add in the fish and cook for another 15 minutes
  4. Serve and enjoy!
