This is a symbol of Jamaica and Cedella Marley-Booker represented the country well with this recipe. For best flavor, marinate meat overnight and 30 minutes to and hour for fish. Jamaican Jerk Seasoning is good for grilling, baking and pan-frying. 


Scallions, Water, Habanero peppers, Salt, Garlic, Banana vinegar, Nutmeg, Jamaica (allspice), Sugar, Apple vinegar, Black pepper, Ginger, Cane vinegar,  Thyme, Paprika, Cloves, Cinnamon.
