Ingredients:
For the sauce:
2 tbsp of Reggae Ketchup
1 tsp of honey
1 tsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of rice wine vinegar
½ tsp of dried garlic
½ tsp of dried ginger
For the rest:
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
3 oz of tofu, chopped
1 oz of red bell pepper, cut into stripes
1 oz of red onions, finely sliced
Sprinkle with:
Sesame seeds
Spring onions
Instructions:
Mix the sauce ingredients together - that’s your sweet n’ sour sauce
In a hot pan, add oil and start by frying the tofu with the peppers and onions
Mix regularly, and it should be ready in 5 minutes
Now add in the sauce and cook that for another minute so it sticks on the tofu and vegetables
Serve and sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions
