Jamaican Jerk
Chicken Quesadilla


1 tortilla wrap

1 tbsp of vegetable oil

1 small clove of garlic, diced

4 oz of chicken breast, cut into stripes

1 small red bell pepper, cut into stripes

1 small red onion, sliced thinly

1 oz of red kidney beans, cooked

1 oz of sweetcorn, cooked

1 tbsp of Smilin’ Island’s Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

2 of grated cheddar cheese



In a hot pan, add oil, and start by frying the chicken with the peppers, onions and garlic

Mix nicely and after 7 minutes, add in the beans and corn

Season it all with a tbsp of Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

Now take it off the heat and grab a bigger pan, that will fit your tortilla wrap

Spoon mixture onto one half of the wrap and finish it off with the grated cheese

Close the wrap, so a half moon forms, and cook on both sides for 2 minutes

Take it off the heat and cut into triangles
