Sweet Samba
Grilled Shrimp


Ingredients:

20 shrimp, heads, tails and shells taken off

2 tbsp of Smilin’ Island’s East Indian Spice Seasoning

A dip of Sweet Samba Pepper Sauce on the side

 

Instructions:

Let the shrimp marinade in the East Indian Spice Seasoning for at least 10 minutes

Arrange them on the skewers and grill in a hot griddle pan, for 3 minutes on each side

Serve with a dip of Sweet Samba Pepper Sauce
