East Indian Hummus


Ingredients:

1 cup of chickpeas, cooked from a can (keep 2 tbsp of the water)

2 tbsp of olive oil

1 tsp of salt

½ tsp of black pepper

1 tsp of lemon juice

1 tbsp of Smilin’ Island’s East Indian Spice Seasoning

 

Instructions:

Add the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
