East Indian Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of chickpeas, cooked from a can (keep 2 tbsp of the water)
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of Smilin’ Island’s East Indian Spice Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
